Quy trình hoạt động: mô tả rõ ràng được đưa ra về sự khác biệt giữa các thuật ngữ chính như: Điểm kiểm soát tới hạn (CCP), Chương trình hoạt động tiên quyết (OPRPs) và Chương trình tiên quyết (PRPs).
